Dear GTDRS Students,

Congratulations - you survived !!  Team Grape Kool-Aid took home top honors in the marker challenge but all of you are the real winners for making the effort to improve as a runner.  Bob, Deb, Ed and I are proud of each of you for your efforts and work ethic.  Keep improving, learning, and growing, both as a person and a runner.  We look forward to seeing you at CC meets this fall and watching your progress.  Keep checking back to see our periodic updates - maybe you can make the Go the Distance Honor Roll...  Please email me and keep me posted on your successes.  Until this fall - Giddy Up!
