Wednesday - Oak Openings Metropark

Everyone survived the long run this morning and hopefully picked up a few tips on nutrition and building a team.  Tomorrow the focus shifts to shoes.  Coach Black from St. John's will visit too - always a good story there!  Dr. Freeman from Sportscare will also pay us a visit.  Review the nutrition portion of your booklet and be ready for another tough workout.  Thursday - Swan Creek Metropark (Airport Hwy. entrance).
